According to gas station owners, fuel oil will be sold to consumers at a price of 1.50 euros per liter, unless, of course, something radically changes.
The government decided don’t subsidize the price at the gas station, so fuel will not be sold at a discount to consumers. Government intervention will only occur if the price exceeds a certain level.
Concerning heating allowance, the criteria for receiving it remained at the same level as last year.

In particular, the benefit varies from 100 to 800 euros, but with improved criteria for families. It is planned to increase the income limit to 2000 per child. In addition to heating oil, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, firewood and pellets are also subsidized.
When will Plan B be activated to receive a subsidy at the pump? Although the Ministry of Economy states that it will avoid providing government assistance, a specific price limit has been set, above which the subsidy at the pump method will be adopted again to ensure low heating prices for households. This level is set at around 1.70 euros per liter. In other words, the subsidy at the pump will only be activated if retail prices rise above this level.
