Autumn weather conditions are expected in the country today, according to the latest forecast from the National Observatory of Athens/meteo.gr. As for the coming days, according to meteorologists, during the three-day period, from Saturday 10/07/2023 to Monday 10/09/2023, cloudiness, occasional rain and possibly storms are expected. Bad weather will affect:
- on Saturday 7 October, Central and Eastern Macedonia, Eastern Thessaly, Evia, Peloponnese and mountainous areas of Crete,
- on Sunday 8/10 – Southern Peloponnese and mountainous areas of Crete,
- on Monday 9/10 – Evia and the mountainous regions of Crete.
In the Aegean Sea on Saturday 07/10 a northerly wind of up to 6 on the Beaufort scale will prevail. On Sunday 8/10 August its strength will weaken. The wind will change its direction to the west. On Monday 9/10 the wind will again become northerly, with up to 7 points on the Beaufort scale.
The air temperature will remain almost at the same high level for the season, with maximum values of +28-30°C.
