Four-star hotels will go under the hammer

The list of e-auctions includes hotel properties in various tourist areas of Greece, as the repeated crises of previous years have brought several businesses in this sector to their knees.

Among them, large hotels stand out, which are put up for auction with a starting price of at least 3 million euros. Some of them are working normally, while others have previously been closed.

The auction for the sale of a hotel property called “Zenith Seaside Hotel” in the Gennadi area on the island of Rhodes is scheduled for October 27. The starting price for a four-star hotel is 4,860,000 euros. It is built on a plot of 9540 sq.m. and consists of six wings and a central building. There are 105 rooms in the hotel complex.

Hotel in Halkidiki – sThe cost of LESSE HOTEL is more than 3,000,000 euros. This is also a four-star hotel, which is located in Pefkohori. The property is up for auction, which will take place on September 29. The starting price of the tourist complex is 3,360,000 euros. The structure includes 12 apartments. The complex consists of 5 buildings and is located on a 9.5 acre beachfront site. The business has been exhibited at auctions for about three years.

Kefalonia: nand the four-star hotel complex CEFALONIA BAY PALACE is up for auction. The starting price is 3,320,000 euros. The hotel complex has 41 rooms and 6 luxury villas with a private pool, i.e. 47 rooms and 124 beds. The property is expected to go to auction in the first quarter of 2024, on March 13th.

Karpathos: The Royal Beach Hotel in Arcas has been up for auction for three years now. The complex consists of five buildings and has a capacity of 56 rooms and 98 beds, as well as parking and a swimming pool of 130 sq.m. The property is up for auction on November 2 at a starting price of 3 million euros.
