Massive attack on Crimea on the night of September 21

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a massive drone attack on Crimea and reported the downing of 19 drones:

“The air defense systems of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed 19 drones over the peninsula.”

Russian telegram channels Baza, Mash, “Crimean Wind” and others report about night explosions in different regions of Crimea. Explosions near Novofedorovka began to be heard at midnight, local authorities reported “air defense work.” Explosions were also heard in the cities of Saki, Evpatoria, Dzhankoy, Chernomorskoe and Balaklava.

According to local residents, this is the largest attack of Ukrainian drones of all time.

On the morning of September 21, the Russian Federation launched missile attacks on a number of cities and regions of Ukraine. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko reported on the preliminary results of today’s massive missile attack carried out by the Russian Aerospace Forces:

In Cherkassy, a hotel building was destroyed, a fire broke out there, and shopping pavilions in the market also caught fire. Seven people were injured.
In Kyiv, there was damage in the Darnitsky, Solomensky and Shevchenkovsky districts. A fire broke out on Darnitsa, seven were injured.
In the Kyiv region, as a result of falling fragments, a fire broke out in enterprises, the private sector was damaged, and two residents were injured.
