Near death: a car almost crashed into a table with customers of a diner

A car on the main street of Thessaloniki nearly crashed into customers of a steakhouse.

According to ERT, the driver of the car, who was on Vasileos Georgiou Street, lost control and crashed into another white car parked at a catering establishment. As a result of the collision, the car drove onto the sidewalk, almost hitting a table with steakhouse visitors peacefully sitting at it.

Everything happened in an instant. The customers were quietly eating the food served to them when a car almost crashed into their table. Everyone was shocked. The steakhouse’s customers immediately jumped to their feet and moved away from the scene. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

What happened is still unclear. Presumably driver did not cope with control.
