Patras: "youngsters" unbelted, 33-year-old man was stabbed 2 times

Underage members of a known group of “stone throwers” at passing cars pursued and stabbed a 33-year-old man.

It all started with the fact that his car broke down, and he called the “roadside assistance” service. Having sent the car, he returned home. At the crossroads of Kurthesis, impudent teenagers appeared on his way, who began to provoke the man: “Are you pretending to be tough? Don’t want to talk?” They followed and pestered until the man said, “Go home, kids.”

After these words, they took out a knife and wounded the man in the arm. Bleeding, he entered a nearby mini-market. The teenagers followed him and delivered a second stab, just above the liver. Later, doctors said that if the penetration had been a little deeper, serious problems could not have been avoided.

The incident was recorded by a surveillance camera. After calling the police and an ambulance, the two minors instantly retreated. The man was taken to the hospital, and the next day he filed a lawsuit against those responsible.

The police quickly located them and filed a criminal case. One had already been arrested earlier for assault and sent to “correction”. This is a 13-year-old teenager who five months ago threw a chair from the second floor of his house at a car driver who was reprimanding other underage gypsies for throwing stones at passing cars. The police have a lot of complaints about this “gang”, but … there are practically no results.
