There, on the border of Khasia and Parnita, in the area of ​​Kokkinovrahos, the most famous folk singer and his son Nicholas faced the fact that the works of their entire lives turned into a heap of ashes in one fateful moment. Now their home and stables for two wonderful horses no longer exist. “From the moment we knew that the fire was coming to this place, all we could do was thank the Virgin Mary for the fact that at that moment we were in a different place and did not burn alive in the house,” says the singer .

“Whatever I tell you is not enough. Do you know how painful it is to build a house all your life, furnish it with love… And lose it all in a few hours?! Do you know what it’s like to have dreams, plans, and suddenly everything collapses? The only consolation is that we didn’t have to burn there … But, alas, our horses had to suffer … It’s terrible, their death in the fire … I would rather follow them … They were members of my family ” “, – the singer laments. “Everything has burned down, but the thirst for life, which we have to start anew, has not been destroyed. We will fight, no matter what,” he says, among other things, condemning the groups of gypsies who broke into the burnt houses with the intention ” profit” something useful and valuable.

Brembos Spyros was born in Fili (Attica) in 1962. From a young age he was fond of folk music in the rebetika style, he sang in many nightclubs. A regular guest of festivals and social events (for example, at festivals in Attica and Boeotia).
