The children of the famous actor Alain Delon filed a lawsuit, accusing the estate manager who settled in his house of aggression towards their father and his isolation.
Hiromi Rollin is Delon’s “companion” and personal secretary, she began to live in his house in 2019, after the actor suffered a stroke. According to the children, the woman actually “deprived him of his freedom.” Anthony, Anushka and Alain-Fabien accuse Rollin of abusing the actor’s helpless state, psychological abuse, aggressive behavior and appropriation of his correspondence. In accordance with the filed claim, a preliminary investigation has been launched.
In two complaints filed with the public prosecutor’s office in the Loiret department south of Paris, where Delon lives, the eldest son, Anthony, alleged that the former assistant and estate manager “isolated” his father from his close friends and family, using all sorts of “tricks and threats.”
According to his son, 87-year-old Alain Delon allegedly asked Hiromi Rollin to leave the residence in the village of Souls. It is also reported that the actor signed a separate statement and joined the children’s lawsuit.
