The weather has improved since Sunday afternoon (6/18), with a gradual easing of intense storms affecting most parts of the country.
Today, it has been raining and thunderstorms across a large part of the country, with a significant amount of precipitation recorded in the eastern regions of Greece. According to the National Observatory of Athens/meteo.gr, the highest amount of precipitation before noon on Sunday was recorded in Setta, Evia (85 mm) and eight other places.
However, by tomorrow Monday, a noticeable increase in air temperature is expected: in some areas, including Attica, the thermometer will reach +31°C.
