Detailed weather forecast – where storms are expected today

Today starts cloudy and light local rains in Western and Central Macedonia, in Thessaly and Epirus, in the northwest and northeast of the Aegean Sea. In the rest of Greece, rare clouds are forecast, denser in the northeast of Central Greece.

From noon in the central and southern parts of the country, as well as on the islands of the southern and eastern Aegean Sea, it will be sunny, in Thrace and in Eastern Macedonia the weather will improve. Rains and local storms are expected in the north of Ionia and in Epirus.

During the night, the weather will improve in most areas, with the exception of the western and northwestern regions, where clouds will be denser and local rains are expected.

In Attica overcast in the morning, during the day dense clouds will periodically give way to the sun’s rays. North wind, air temperature 14-23°C.

In Thessaloniki and Central Macedonia in the morning small local rains are expected. Cloudy in the afternoon, showers again at night. East wind, force 4 to 6 on the Beaufort scale. The air will warm up to 17°C.

Thursday morning will be cloudy. In the afternoon, the weather will improve significantly in the west, and there will be less clouds in the center and north. Showers with possible localized storms are expected in the west/northwest of the country. Short-term light rains will take place in the Peloponnese, in Central Greece, Western and Central Macedonia.
