On the morning of May 3, the police station in Glyfada received a call that a live grenade had been found in the yard of an apartment building.

At the same time, as a precautionary measure, a fire brigade was called, which was also at the scene during operational work.
It is not yet known if the munition is a “message or warning” to any of the apartment building’s residents, according to ERT.
An investigation is underway.
