The police of the State Airport of Thessaloniki, within the framework of the passport control carried out by them, identified and detained a person who was wanted for various crimes.
A 51-year-old Israeli citizen was arrested, who, according to law enforcement agencies and according to the Interpol database, was wanted for sex crimes and for pimping.
The man was the leader of a criminal organization and is accused of creating a group that controlled “prostitution in public places” in France in the period 2006-2008. He was charged with the corresponding charges during his arrest.
