The beating of a Ukrainian soldier by a Chechen guarding a hotel in Frankfurt resulted in a concussion, a broken nose and a broken jaw.
The incident took place at the Roomers Hotel. Consul General of Ukraine Vadym Kostyuk toldthat the reason was the military uniform of the Ukrainian:
“According to our information, on Friday evening, our military man entered the hotel bar in uniform. After several comments from the staff and the hotel security regarding the inconsistency with its dress code, an altercation took place, and then a fight after an attempt by the security (a representative of the peoples of the Caucasus) to withdraw our fighter. As a result of the incident, our citizen suffered a broken jaw and concussion, and this fact was recorded by the police.”
On Facebook-community “Ukrainians in Frankfurt am Main” said that a 23-year-old Chechen beat a Ukrainian military man. The injured soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was in Germany for rehabilitation, in addition to his jaw, also had a broken nose, damage to his teeth and numerous hematomas.
