A gang of three gypsies has become a nightmare for car owners in the region of Agrinio, in western Greece, where car owners lost at least 11 cars between June and July.
The perpetrators were found after an investigation by local criminal investigation officers, who arrested one of the perpetrators.
This is a 39-year-old man, against whom a case was opened for the creation of a criminal organization and theft of vehicles, and who was brought before the prosecutor Agrinio, and today he appeared before the investigator to give evidence.
At the same time, a search is underway for the two remaining members of the gang – a 28-year-old man, whose identity has been established, and a third, yet unknown, accomplice.
