OAED: training programs for the unemployed in collaboration with Microsoft

OAED posted temporary tables for a new online cloud training program for 1,000 unemployed people.

Compilation of lists included in the program, as well as exclusion from it, was carried out in order of priority and on the basis of the criteria provided.

Intern candidates have the right to file an objection from 09:00 Tuesday 1 March to 09:00 Friday 04 March. The objection is filed exclusively electronically in the Integrated Information System (OPS) OAED (Electronic Services) with TaxisNet codes (https://www.oaed.gr/e-services).

Objectors must state the reason for the objection and substantiate their claims by attaching relevant supporting documents electronically. Objections not submitted electronically will not be considered.

The action is being implemented as part of the OAED-Microsoft Hellas collaboration to improve the skills of the workforce and reduce the digital divide in the labor market. In total, there are places for 1,000 unemployed people aged 18 to 45 who have at least a secondary education and who speak English.

Microsoft Cloud Unemployed Digital Skills Boost and Certification is offered by Microsoft free of charge as part of corporate social responsibility and includes on-the-job training, asynchronous learning through a learning platform, and remote support for problem solving.

Those who complete the training and participate in the certification exam process will receive a document of completion of the training, and those who successfully complete the exam process will also receive an additional Microsoft certification.

The invitation to express interest is posted on the website www.oaed.gr
