Hellenic Asset Development Fund HRADF on Thursday announced the completion of the transfer of ownership of the North Afandou Golf Club in Rhodes to MA Aggeliades Hellas.
HRADF CEO Dimitris Politis and legal representative of MA Aggeliades Hellas Georgios Milonogiannis signed the final memorandum of the deal with a lump-sum payment of € 26.9 million plus interest.
The signing took place in the presence of Minister of Finance Christos Staikuras, Minister of Investment and Development Adonis Georgiadis, General Director of HCAP Gregory D. Dimitriadis and Executive Director of HRADF Panayotis Stampoulidis.
North Afandou Golf Club is a coastal hotel with a total area of 1328 sq.m. Within the framework of a special plan for the territorial development of public property (ESCHADA), the facility includes a tourist and leisure zone with the reconstruction and modernization of an existing golf course, as well as the possibility of creating a residential tourist village, a zone for protecting and promoting the environment and natural landscape.
