CCTV cameras recorded the movement of gang members, who caused significant damage to a jewelry store located on Kalamu Avenue in Kapandriti.
According to law enforcement agencies, the robbery took place at 04:20 am. Six criminals removed the shutters, smashed the windows and entered the store, ignoring the alarm that went off.
In a matter of minutes, they managed to empty the windows, taking jewelry, watches and goods of great value. However, fortunately, they were unable to open the jewelry store’s safe. According to the owner of the shop, a 52-year-old local resident, the criminals’ prey was enormous, but due to the shock she experienced, she was unable to calculate the value of the stolen goods.
CCTV cameras installed in the store recorded the actions of the gang members. Currently, local law enforcement agencies, together with the police department of North-East Attica, are investigating the case and identifying the perpetrators.
