According to Greek media, a 60-year-old man died two hours after vaccination in Scutari (Serres). A local resident joined the Home Vaccination Program.
Soon after being vaccinated, he felt very unwell and called an ambulance. Unfortunately, the man died. His body was transported to Thessaloniki for an autopsy to determine the cause of his death.
The autopsy was completed today. The medical examiner stated that the death was due to a vascular stroke due to the chronic heart problems he faced.
According to the first information, the medical examiner did not find blood clots or traces of allergic shock, which are considered side effects of the vaccine.
