Emergency weather forecast

The National Meteorological Bureau EMY has issued an Emergency Bulletin on deteriorating weather. Forecasters warn of heavy rainfall, heavy thunderstorms, hail and stormy winds, adverse weather events that will be observed in the afternoon in Northern Greece.

In particular, from today Thursday, 27-05-2021, in the afternoon in the north of Greece, a temporary change in weather is predicted, with rains and heavy thunderstorms, which in places will be accompanied by hail and strong winds.

Initially, bad weather will come to western and central Macedonia, and in the evening will reach eastern Macedonia. Weather disasters will subside in the early morning hours of Friday 28-05-2021. From noon to late Friday evening, bad weather will manifest itself in the eastern part of central Macedonia, in eastern Macedonia, as well as in Thrace. …
