For the second day in a row, Israel bombed the refugee town of Jabaliya in the Gaza Strip, with Hamas accusing Israel of attacking civilians.
At the same time, the death toll as a result of yesterday’s Israeli bombing of the Palestinian Jabaliya camp is constantly growing: Hamas says about 400 dead, including seven hostages. Israel acknowledges the strike and emphasizes that there were tunnels under the camp in which leading Hamas members were hiding.
According to Al Jazeera, the explosion occurred in the Al-Falujah neighborhood in the north-west of the camp. Yesterday’s explosion occurred in the southeast of the camp. According to information that was broken through before the start of the communications blockade imposed by Israel, the buildings were flattened as a result of repeated strikes from aircraft.

The Jabaliya refugee camp is the largest in the Gaza Strip. According to the UN, on an area of 1.4 square meters. 116 thousand people live in km (officially).

The Al-Falujah area is reportedly one of the most densely populated in the camp. The camp is home to three UN schools, which educate families whose homes were destroyed. In total, Israel reportedly dropped more than six tons of bombs.

At the same time, according to the latest report from the Gaza Ministry of Health, the death toll of Palestinians is 8,796. Of these, 3648 are children. Yesterday the ministry reported 8,525 dead.
On Wednesday (1/11) at noon, the Israelis dropped leaflets warning residents of Khan Yunis, located in southern Gaza, of an impending Israeli army invasion. They say that “the moment is approaching when Israeli troops will invade the Gaza Strip” and encourage residents to report information about abductees so they can receive rewards and have a better future.
