Money, jewelry and electronic gadgets totaling 42,000 euros are the catch of a gang that has been carrying out robberies and thefts in the Heraklion area of Serres since February last year.
The criminal group consisted of eight people, including six minors between the ages of 14 and 17 with family ties.
Possessing non-standard thinking and wild imagination, the youngsters committed 13 burglaries of houses, cars and a store, as well as two thefts of two-wheeled vehicles from the company’s warehouse.
During a search of the home of one of the minors, stolen things were found that were identified by the owners. Four women also appear in the case against juvenile offenders, two of them for neglect of parental responsibilities.
