A man in the central district of the Greek capital threatens to kill his ex-girlfriend, and at the same time to blow up the house in which she lives.
According to initial information, at about 5 pm, the man entered the apartment building where his ex-girlfriend lives. It is located at the intersection of Acharnon and Alcibiades streets. He has a gas cylinder with him, which he threatens to blow up. There was reportedly a violent fight.
Ambulances and fire brigades, as well as strong police forces, are on duty near the house. The negotiator is expected to help persuade the man to give up dangerous intentions and give up.
