“Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday 2021 will undoubtedly be annual market events that warrant further research. As many manufacturing and trading companies are feeling the effects of the closure during the pandemic. Popular trading promotions this year have caused a stir in retail stores in Attica, ”he said.

However, as noted by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it was once again confirmed that the greatest interest in the natural buying movement was caused by stores with branded goods, as well as department stores and shopping centers in Athens, compared to regional stores.

With regard to the electronic sales market (on the Internet), it is expected that the results will be complemented by Cyber ​​Monday data, as it is difficult to separate them from Black Friday.

Comparing online transactions and pre-purchases this year, the expert said the numbers rise to 85% of sales in 2019, but show a rise in turnover from 2020 levels for online retailers, which were the only consumer choice last November. …
