Giant squid caught in Evia

A few days ago, the owner of a fish tavern in Evia managed to catch a giant squid weighing 15 kg.

According to evima.gr, residents and guests of the Platana beach in Kymi were surprised when they saw Antonis Koutelos carry a 15-kilogram carcass of a marine life ashore. Antonis, owner of one of the best fish taverns on the beach, told evima.gr: “These squids come out into shallow water from time to time. A few days ago this specimen appeared on the Platana beach, and I managed to catch it there. He weighs 15 kilograms.”
