An incredible traffic accident involving an overturned concrete mixer occurred early in the morning of Tuesday, April 23, on the Athens-Corinth national highway, at the heights of Haidari.
As a result of the traffic accident, kilometer-long queues arose. As can be seen in the photographs of the Intimenews agency, the concrete mixer overturned on the road almost opposite the city hall. Another car was also involved in the accident.
A heavy vehicle road assistance crane immediately rushed to the scene to assist in the operation to remove the concrete mixer truck from the road. Traffic at the scene is gradually being restored.
So far, the circumstances under which the accident occurred remain unknown. The driver of the concrete mixer was not injured.
