Raisins: benefits of eating before bed

As you know, raisins are dried grapes, which are divided into two types: black and white, which are also called “sultan”.

Raisins are a “metanutrient” food, meaning they provide sufficient amounts of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, etc.) in proportion to the number of calories they provide.

Dried fruit has antioxidant and anti-aging properties and strengthens the immune system. It contains fiber, which fights constipation, reduces cholesterol levels and the risk of colorectal cancer. It also fights anemia due to its high iron content. It also contains potassium, which lowers blood pressure.

Thanks to vitamins A and B, its consumption helps vision, growth, metabolism, red blood cell production and improves memory, concentration, and mood.
