Spanish travel blogger’s trip to India ends tragically


Seven Indian men raped a Brazilian-Spanish tourist who was traveling with her husband. Hot on the trail, the police detained four, three are wanted.

Her husband added:

“My mouth is in a terrible state, but my partner suffered more than me. They hit me several times with a helmet and a stone on the head. Thank God I was wearing a jacket, which softened the blows a little.”

Over time, the videos disappeared from the page. The woman and her 64-year-old partner removed him from social media because the Jharkhand police asked them “not to interfere” with the investigation. The blogger wrote:

“The police told me to delete the post so as not to interfere with the investigation. I will post it later.”

The video showed his face swollen and bruised after the attack. “My face looks like this, but that’s not what hurts me the most. I thought we were going to die. Thank God we’re alive,” the woman writes.
