New video from Tempi: “hellish” seconds after a train collision

A shocking new document from the scene of the Tempie tragedy has been made public today, March 1, showing the moments shortly after the horrific train collision that left 58 people dead.

In the footage provided by MEGA, the voices of passengers stuck in the crumpled carriages can be heard calling for help shortly after the collision, this unspeakable national tragedy. The voices of EMAK and Greek police officers who arrived at the scene can also be heard. Firefighters and volunteers rush into the inferno to save people.

New video document from the scene of the tragedy in Tempe:

“Come on, buddy! Come on, guy!” – the words of the rescuers who were the first to arrive at the scene can be heard. Employees of the EMAK rescue service, firefighters and police searched for the rescued people in complete darkness, meters from the cars, by the light of a lantern.

Another video released by MEGA, taken at Larisa station shortly before the tragedy, shows that, according to its report, one of the reasons for the delay in departure was that the controller, who “I could understand in time the mistake made during the movement of the train”was not in the first carriage, as he should have been, but in the back, as he was trying to find the drunken “hare” who managed to get onto the fatal train without a ticket.
