A. Kougias deconstructs K. Sakellaropoulou for “parent 1” and “parent 2”

In a statement, lawyer Alexis Kougias blames the President of the Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou for her speech at a primary school where she spoke to students about “Parent 1” and “Parent 2”, supporting the same-sex couples bill.

Also, characterizing the bill on homosexuals, he says that it “allows marriage to people who, through an abnormal sexual act, have abolished the normal way of having children, along with extreme homosexuals and the products of a sick television establishment consisting of like-minded initiators of this despicable law that has divided the Greek people.”

More about Alexis Kougias’ statement:

“With Her Excellency the President of the Republic Mrs. Katerina Sakellaropoulou, I no luck in my nearly 50-year legal career, to cooperate in the administration of justice, since the Territory Council is arguably the highest court of the land, which authoritatively decides whether a particular law is in accordance with the fundamental law of the state of the constitution, is not the court to which I can suggest my legal services, since, as you know, I deal only with criminal law and only in criminal courts I help the judiciary make fair decisions.

Unfortunately, two events have left me with a disturbing impression of Mrs. Katerina Sakellaropoulou’s performance as President of the Republic, since in a democratic state, according to the constitution, the first citizens of the country must respect the true majority of the people in all public conduct.

However, over the past two years, Her Excellency the President of the Republic has made two provocative and disastrous mistakes:

1) first, when she spoke at a primary school in the Athens area and tried to convince primary school children who had not made appropriate qualitative changes in their personality, forget the words “father” and “mother”, and replace them with the words “parent 1” and “parent 2”;

2) and second It was a catastrophic mistake that on election night, even with the party discipline of the so-called left, the despicable same-sex couples bill was passed, where marriage is now allowed to people who, through an abnormal sexual act, have abolished the normal way of having children, along with extreme homosexuals and the creations of the sick television establishment, consisting of like-minded initiators of this disgusting law that split the Greek people.

In particular, the President of Lesbians of Greece, who said that she has a personal relationship, friendship with Her Excellency the President of the Republic, invited her to a gay bar to “celebrate” the adoption of this disgusting bill, where two ministers were also invited, Messrs. Patelis and Skertsos. The former of whom is a declared homosexual and yet is in the close circle of Prime Minister Mitsotakis, as well as homosexual “activists” Kaputzidis and Sergoulopoulos, the latter of whom, by his own admission, is the father or mother or parent 1 or parent 2 (!!!) a minor child whom he adopted about two years ago, when the adoption of children by homosexuals was strictly prohibited.

The event was deliberately publicized on a television program in which he co-hosts, an elite journalist and political analyst, and radio producer Nikos Takis, who was also invited to the same event and who is otherwise a polite but openly gay man.

I ask the question: since when did the President of the Republic of any state in the world “celebrate”, together with speakers who are supporters of one or another feature, the adoption of a law, which, as it turned out, in addition to the entire Greek society, conservative or not (even the KKE voted against the bill), split everything parties represented in parliament?

The President of the Republic, who was not elected to this position by the entire Greek people, but was appointed by the decision of the majority of Parliament, institutionally has only one role: to unite and not divide the Greek people.

The most important thing is that by its presence it should not create the feeling that in Greek democracy what is important is not the democratic majority, as it is expressed, but the law of the strongest, and, unfortunately, for many years in Greece we have been living under the dictatorship of particularities, and not the democracy of ordinary Greeks.

Yours sincerely

Alexios X. Kougias”
