Sea, luxury resorts, private beaches and total glamor – this is how they describe the most expensive area in Greece, which is located on the southern edge of the Athens Riviera.
And this is not surprising, since the Vouliagmeni area is located in one of the most privileged places in Attica, perfectly combining urban amenities with scenic views, as well as ideal distances to attractions.
Vouliagmeni remains the most expensive area in Greece, with houses selling for €6,667 per square meter and renting for an average of €17.8 per square meter, according to the Spitogatos platform. This area is truly a paradise of luxury and comfort. It enjoys a privileged position with an extremely popular beach. In addition, most of it is located outside dense urban areas.
Vouliagmeni has excellent bus and tram connections, as well as direct access to Athens city beaches such as Kavouri and Limanakia, popularly called the “Caribbean Sea of Athens”.
The area is located on the way to Cape Sounio, on the very coast. Among the green spaces there are luxury premium hotels, spacious villas and sports and entertainment clubs for “traditional” and water sports.
