The United States attacked pro-Iranian groups in Syria and Iraq, launching air strikes on 85 targets in Syria and Iraq on the evening of Friday, February 2.

On Thursday, Reuters, citing unnamed sources, reported that high-ranking IRGC officers in Syria had left the country along with dozens of mid-level officers.
