People’s Artist of the Russian Federation and Honored Artist of Ukraine Valery Leontyev conquered Dubai with his talent.

Leontiev lived up to all expectations – from his appearance (in his usual tight-fitting leather trousers) to his repertoire. The singer’s main hit “Hang Plane” caused a storm of applause. Although the audience noted that Leontyev looked exhausted and even seemed to be a little unsteady, he nevertheless performed the entire program without a soundtrack.
Let us remind you that the artist has had problems with his knees for more than 20 years after he damaged his meniscus during a performance: first on one leg, and then on the other. After this, the artist underwent several operations, but the injuries still make themselves felt. Plastic surgery also played a role.
After unsuccessful plastic surgery, Leontiev’s eyes stopped closing completely, and this causes him a lot of inconvenience – imagine how difficult it is to fall asleep with his eyelids slightly open. When an artist went on tour, absolute darkness in the room was a mandatory item in his rider. To do this, blackout curtains were hung, and the windows were sealed with thick black garbage bags to prevent even the slightest sunlight from entering the room.
The singer always liked to invest money wisely, preferring to buy real estate and jewelry. More recently, Valery Yakovlevich had 2 houses and an apartment in Miami, but now, apparently, it is difficult for him to maintain all this, therefore, judging by the data from the real estate registry, he now owns only a 2-story villa.
The luxurious mansion is located in a closed area in the elite Coral Gables area, where singer Whitney Houston lived. Now the singer’s home costs almost $5,000,000, although a couple of years ago the market value was approximately $3.4 million. An increase in prices also means an increase in taxes, so at the end of the year the master had to pay about 100 thousand, the publication writes. The singer’s concert activities no longer bring in any income, so in addition to selling real estate, the couple earn money from grooming dogs. During the years of living in Miami, the actor’s wife opened a hotel for dogs, and recently a hairdresser for pets.
Since the pandemic, Leontyev’s wife Lyudmila Isakovich began visiting the homes of VIP clients, among whom they served exclusively dogs from the island of millionaires “Fisher Island,” which can only be reached by ferry at the invitation of a resident of the island. Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias, Leontiev’s friend, composer Igor Krutoy and other celebrities live in this heavenly place.
In addition to real estate in Miami, the singer owns a three-story apartment in a prestigious area of Moscow. Previously, he also had a house in the Moscow region, but he sold it in order to use the money to buy a villa in Spain for 4,000,000 euros. Next door to the singer’s Spanish mansion is the Beckham family’s villa. Due to the fact that the villa was practically empty, Leontyev’s wife decided to rent it out.
In addition to real estate, the singer invests in jewelry. He has a collection of diamonds, although part of it, worth $1,000,000, was taken by robbers from his Moscow apartment several years ago. The singer’s collection includes expensive rings by the master who created jewelry for Princess Diana.
