The Greek-owned Maltese-flagged bulk carrier ZOGRAFIA was attacked at noon on Tuesday 16 January in Red Sea.
Al Arabiya, citing British maritime security company Ambrey, said the ship was allegedly hit by a missile while sailing north in the Red Sea, 76 nautical miles northwest of the Yemeni port city of Salef.

According to the agency, none of the crew was injured, and the ship, although seriously damaged by the missile, remains afloat and continues to move to its destination.
According to a company representative Vulcanis Technical Maritime Enterprises, based in Piraeus, the ship’s crew of 24 people, all foreigners, are in good condition. Among them are three citizens of the Philippines, 20 Ukrainians and one Georgian citizen.
The vessel ZOGRAFIA (built in 2010), with a carrying capacity of 56,894 dwt, was traveling from Vietnam to Israel. It continues on its way to Suez, where its damage will be assessed.
