Heavy rain in Attica caused flooding of roads in the Athens area of Paleo Faliro.
Showers hit Attica in the pre-dawn hours on the night of December 21st. Due to the accumulation of water, writes newsbeast.gr, there have been problems with vehicle traffic on Poseidonos Avenue, in the area of Agios Alexandrou Street in Paleo Faliro, especially in the direction of Piraeus.
According to the road service, vehicle movement is difficult. In many places, the water on the roads exceeds the threshold of vehicles, resulting in only tall vehicles being able to drive in the right lane. Drivers should be very careful, especially when driving towards Piraeus.
