Missile attack on Kyiv, the number of victims increased to 53

On the night of December 13, explosions were heard in Kyiv; after a missile strike, houses and cars were burning on the left bank of the capital, and there were casualties. All ten ballistic missiles were destroyed.

In the Desnyansky district, the 7th floor of a nine-story building and 8 cars in the courtyard of the house caught fire. Residents there have been evacuated. 17 people were rescued, including 7 children.

The Red Cross is working on the spot, a Kievpastrans bus has been brought in to warm people, and assistance is provided by the psychological service. The injured were provided with medical assistance. At two other locations in the area, in open areas, burning rocket fragments were found.

In the Dnieper region, a blast wave broke windows in two residential buildings, and a private residential building also caught fire. The rocket debris fell on three more private residential buildings, but did not catch fire. There was partial destruction of houses and auxiliary structures. Due to the fall of rocket debris on the roadway, the water supply network was damaged – emergency crews are working on the spot.
