Some offices of the Greek energy company (DEI) will now be open on Saturdays to improve customer service. Established opening hours are from 8:30 to 15:00.
The extension of work on Saturdays currently applies to 13 offices throughout Greece (in Athens: Maroussi, Chalandri, Kallithea, Voula, Ano Patisia, Agios Dimitrios, Egaleo, Kifisia and Sturnari, in Thessaloniki: Kalamaria and Tsimiski, in Chania and Syros), and soon others will join them.
In addition to working on Saturdays, DEI is transforming the company’s network of offices, updating existing ones and creating new ones. With modern design, integrated energy services, fast service, extended opening hours and exclusive offers, all new DEI offices focus on the customer, their needs and needs. The design of the new offices follows the latest trends: open, cozy spaces and specially designed lighting. New DEI stores offer their visitors:

- myPPC ServicePoint online service where customers can register, easily manage their programs, and submit requests and receive online service or schedule appointments for a day and time of their choice.
In addition, DEI visitors can make an appointment with a specialized Energy Coach consultant to receive individual proposals for energy savings, etc. With the help of Energy Coach, citizens can learn Immediately and easily monitor your energy consumption and analyze the power consumption of your devices, and receive personalized savings suggestions.
The interested party can also activate the new e-SelfMetering service, with which You have full control over your personal account and see your actual consumption.
In addition, a person can activate additional services such as GreenPass, which ensures that the same amount of energy is consumed, the same amount is produced and captured from renewable sources, and FixIt, an additional service of immediate technical assistance at home.
In the new DEI offices, buyers and visitors have the opportunity to learn about all programs for installing photovoltaic batteries, “ecological systems” at home and heaters.
