P.Sarakis: "Europe is on the verge of an economic crisis – billions were given to Ukraine, and we "we’re bleeding"

Hellenic Solution MP Pavlos Sarakis sharply criticized the government for its attitude towards Albania in connection with the F. Beleris case, as well as for its constant support for Ukraine.

Sarakis emphasized that Ukraine cannot be allowed to join EUstating: “We, as the Greek Solution, believe that such an enlargement will create many problems for the future of Europe. We are opening a Pandora’s box. The disagreement over support for Ukraine stems from the suffering of European citizens who are bleeding.”

At the same time, he pointed to the economic problems created by Ukraine’s continued financial support: “You give billions, and Greece agrees to bleed, and we, as Europe, are on the verge of an economic crisis. Is Greece in favor of Ukraine, Albania and Skopje joining the European Union?”

“It is clear to us that we must restore relations with Russia because we have economic interests. We must export agricultural products to Russia,” – he added.
