Former deputy of the Party of Regions banned in Ukraine Oleg Tsarev was attacked in Yalta and is in intensive care. The incident on October 27 was reported by Russian media.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev is in intensive care in a very serious condition after a gunshot wound. writes TASS. The chairman of the “We are together with Russia” movement, Vladimir Rogov, claims that Tsarev was attacked near the Kirov sanatorium in Yalta and says:
“On the situation with Oleg Tsarev. Oleg’s condition is very serious. He is currently in intensive care. There was no stabbing. Oleg was shot.”
At night, local residents noticed a large concentration of emergency services vehicles near Tsarev’s house. At first it was claimed that he was attacked with a knife and suffered severe wounds. He was hospitalized “in serious condition.”

In Ukraine, Oleg Tsarev was sentenced to 12 years in prison in absentia. He was found guilty of violating the territorial integrity and inviolability of the country.
