The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli jets struck a European hospital and an Emirati field hospital in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, partially destroying the facilities. At least 500 deaths are reported.
“The European Hospital in Gaza and the Emirati field hospital were damaged as a result of attacks by the Israeli occupation army. The hospital, which is located on the Salah Eddina highway, was hit at the entrance to the building,” the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said in a statement on its page on Facebook.
There are “hundreds” of people trapped under the rubble, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry, and there are fears the death toll will rise to more than 500.
