An emergency meeting chaired by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis reviewed the situation in the region and the ongoing repatriation of Greek citizens from Israel, coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the council meeting, all aspects of the crisis were discussed, with an emphasis on security, both domestic and international. At the same time, the Greek authorities are on alert and the policy of protecting land and sea borders continues with the same intensity, the spokesman added.
