A 27-year-old Somali man told the police that four Palestinians with whom he lived in the same room raped him, filming what was happening on video.
According to reports, a few days ago, a Somali was seen in a serious psychological condition, wandering the streets in the Yofiro area. Passers-by called an ambulance, which took him to the hospital. He told the doctors about what happened to him. The incident was reported to the police, and the guy in his testimony told the details of the rape.
According to him, he and the four accused Palestinians lived together for about a month in the same house. The guy said that his rape occurred on August 24. Then it repeated two or three more times. According to him, he was threatened that if he did not agree, then videos would be published in which he was raped. The last time he left the house in a bad state.
For their part, the four Palestinians categorically deny the accusations of the guy, who was also examined by a medical examiner. In addition, he was subjected to tests to determine if he was forced to use drugs or pills so that he could not resist. The results of both forensic and toxicological studies are not yet known.
Due to the expiration of the detention period, the police did not arrest the four men aged 30, 23, 26 and 29 for rape, but knives, a bat and drugs were found and seized in their home, resulting in their arrest under the Gun and Drugs Act.
The police also requested a forensic examination to determine what was at issue.
