The two women were released by the fire brigade after a serious traffic accident earlier on Poseidonas Avenue, at the height of the SKAI (Neo Faliro) TV station, when two cars collided.
According to the latest information, the driver, a young woman, was released from one overturned car. The girl received minor injuries. An elderly woman, a passenger in the second car, was removed during a rescue operation involving firefighters. The woman was carried on a stretcher to an EKAV ambulance, which headed to the hospital. Little is known about the fate and health of the driver of the second car, except that he probably also received injuries.
Due to a traffic accident that happened on a busy avenue, chaos reigned in both traffic flows until 14:00. After that, traffic was restored.
