A shark spotted in the sea has caused a stir among holidaymakers on Chiverio beach in Argolis.
According to the information, in the previous days, an amateur fisherman noticed a shark and informed the beach lifeguards. Immediately a yellow flag was raised (signaling: attention – danger!), and everyone was ordered to get out of the sea.
A team from the Nafplion port administration went to the site, where they carried out extensive searches in the sea area on a rescue boat. Having “searched” a fairly large part of the sea, competent persons did not find anything.

This is not the first time a shark has been spotted in the area. A few days before this incident, a video appeared on the network in which a small shark was captured near Anavalos.
Local authorities are asked not to panic, and if you notice something, report immediately. In addition, experts advise citizens not to swim far into the sea.
