Advance booking of real estate worth up to 100 euros per night for July in all Ionian Islands is 95%, and for August – 99%. There is a great demand for properties from 30 sq.m to 50 sq.m, mainly in Kefalonia, Lefkada and Zakynthos.
As for the islands Aegean Sea, high demand is registered mainly in Chios, Samos, Mytilene and Rhodes. Several options for tourist real estate available on Skopelos, Thassos and Naxos.
Rhodes has 4751 properties registered on short term rental platforms, Chios 364, Syros 752, Samos 517, Thassos 779, Mytilini 570 properties, Skopelos 818 and Naxos 2548 properties. Pre-booking of property worth up to 100 euros per day for July and August reaches 98-99% on Rhodes, 97-99% on Chios, 99% on Naxos and 98-99% on Thassos.
On Crete economic options are available mainly in the directions of the prefectures of Heraklion and Rethymno.
