It is known that the ancient Greeks often used foul language and foul language. By the way, it was on these grounds that lesbians were defined in ancient Greece. Women in ancient Greece were forbidden to use obscene language in a conversation. However, women with a different sexual orientation (at least in public) actively used obscene phrases in conversation.
Here are a few words the ancient Greeks used when they wanted to belittle someone:
ΑΒΡΟΒΑΤΗΣ – AVROVATIS: an effeminate man with a feminine gait
ΓΥΝΑΙΚΟΠΙΠΗΣ – GYNECOPIPIS: a man with a feminine look.
ΕΣΧΑΡΑ – ESHARA: female vulva
ΕΥΠΥΓΗ – ESPIGAND: a woman with a beautiful lower body
ΚΑΣΣΩΡΙ – CASSABOUTRI: prostitute
ΠΟΣΘΩΝ – FASTABOUTN: a man with a big cock
ΜΥΖΟΥΡΙ – MIZAtRI: woman sucking cock
Έκφαυλος – Ekfaulos: disgraced
Κόβαλος – TOOvalos: parasite
Κόπρειος – TOOprios: empty space
