The leadership of ΔΥΠΑ announced a 12-year historical low of registered unemployed in Greece.
Number the unemployed registered in the register DYPA, dropped to 859,626, the lowest number since October 2011. In addition, the number long-term unemployed dropped to 492,200, the lowest number since January 2014.
As ΔΥΠΑ says in a statement: “The Greek Employment Organization pursues an active policy and continues to invest in the creation of new jobs for the unemployed, the acquisition of professional experience for young people, and also supports new entrepreneurship, the acquisition and upgrading of the country’s human resources.”
