How to find where you work and what your employer declares – salary and insurance

Thousands of employees turn to their employer with a request to provide them with a copy of the contract, while they themselves can easily and quickly find it in a few clicks and without the “intermediary” of third parties.

Thanks to the development of digital technologies, you can find the contract yourself in a few “clicks” from a computer or mobile phone. All information can be found at myERGani.gov.gr as it is the new digital platform of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs dedicated to workers. Through ERGANI you can:

• view detailed information about each employment relationship and the employers you have worked for
• view all declarations (forms) that were submitted to PS ERGANI from employers
• access all payments made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs during the COVID-19 measures (e.g. suspension, COOPERATION program, etc.).

All you need is your personal Taxisnet passwords. If you want to find your contract, for example, you go to the page myERGani.gov.gr, enter the codes Taxisnet. Right after that, select the ad category and there you will find all your contracts.

The search for information about the platform is carried out using 3 main options. With the My Employers option, you can access all employment relationships with employers you have worked for (if they were declared in Π.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ). You can also view the last recorded details of each employment relationship recorded in P.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ from declarations of obligated employers. With the “Declarations” option, you can find all the forms that have been sent to PS ERGANI by employers, classified into the following categories:

• ΠΡΟΣΛΗΨΗ : Ε3 ΕΝΙΑΙΟ ΕΝΤΥΠΟ ΑΝΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ ΠΡΟΣΛΗΨΗΣ
• ΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΣΗ : Ε5 ΟΙΚΕΙΟΘΕΛΗΣ ΑΠΟΧΩΡΗΣΗ
• ΑΠΟΛΥΣΗ ΜΕ ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ : Ε6
• ΑΠΟΛΥΣΗ ΧΩΡΙΣ ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ : Ε6
• ΛΗΞΗ ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗΣ: Ε7 ΛΥΣΗ ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗΣ ΟΡΙΣΜΕΝΟΥ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ ή ΈΡΓΟΥ.
