Two Ukrainian pilots have arrived at a U.S. Air Force base in Arizona to make up Ucaina’s first Air Force team, which will assess how long it will take to train them in Western fighter jets, officials told NBC.
This means that the US has pre-planned the transfer of used F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, which will be another step that will lead to an escalation of the war in Ukraine with the risk of it spreading to the entire region.

At the moment, according to the Americans, two pilots from Ukraine have arrived in the United States, and more Ukrainians are expected to arrive in the near future, an American television channel reported on Saturday. According to unnamed sources, the US authorities plan to bring up to ten Ukrainian pilots to the country in March alone. The same sources said that Ukrainians are currently being trained on simulators, and flights on real aircraft are not yet planned.
The program has two goals: to improve the skills of Ukrainians and to estimate the time it will take them to learn how to effectively fly the F-16 and other Western-made military aircraft, NBC added: “The program aims to evaluate their skills as pilots so that we can better teach them and also use the skills that they have and that we have given them,” a Biden administration official explained.
Whether the F-16 will be flown exclusively by Ukrainians, of course, is unknown, since no one can know. It should be noted that the United States is already training Ukrainians in handling M-2A2 ODS aircraft. Bradleythat the United States will provide to Kyiv. An armored vehicle of this type, equipped with TOW missiles and a 25 mm machine gun capable of firing up to 300 rounds per minute, has been used since the 1980s to deliver soldiers to battlefields and, if necessary, to destroy enemy tanks at a distance of up to 4000 meters.

The US military has thousands of such vehicles that could potentially increase the combat power of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
