Two involved in rape at Omonia police station

Police officers accused of gang raping a 19-year-old girl have been suspended from work.

In the Main Police Department, regarding the detention of two special forces for the rape of a 19-year-old citizen, it was announced that an administrative trial had been scheduled against them. At the same time, their work was suspended.

Reportedly, two law enforcement officers were detained on the morning of 15/10 by the Department of Internal Affairs ΕΛΑΣwhich considered the application submitted by a 19-year-old girl.

According to her complaint, the sexual assault at the Omonia police station took place last Tuesday evening. Two law enforcement officers of the ΔΙ.ΑΣ unit were involved in it. As noted, illegal actions were committed against the victim right in the premises of the specified police station.

The two defendants categorically deny the fact of rape and claim that the “lady of easy virtue” came to the department herself, having made an appointment with one of them. One of the police officers allegedly recorded sexual intercourse on camera.
