In accordance with the fifth package of sanctions, from April 8, access to the territory of EU freight transport registered in the Russian Federation and Belarus. This was announced today in the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
In a message, according to the publication “News”, it is noted that now vehicles of international transportation with Russian and Belarusian registration plates will not be able to move goods across the territory of the EU countries. While the restrictions do not apply to transportation:
- agricultural, including wheat, and food products;
- medical and pharmaceutical products;
- fertilizers, non-ferrous metals, energy carriers:
- humanitarian cargo.
